  • 8x5 phone support from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding state and federal holidays
  • 2-day business response to cases created online or by phone
  • Access to online tutorials and technical and user documentation via our Customer Support website
  • Remote technical support for Timekeeper Kiosks and network related issues
  • Access to product enhancements, new releases and issue corrections
