Fully automated availability reports are easily accessible to management. Once availability is loaded, the system automatically tracks availability of each employee, allowing only potentially available employees to be displayed making it easy to “drag and drop” employees to fill the schedule. Daily availability is provided with optional blackout dates or daily modification of schedules. Availability is entered by earliest and latest times each day of the week to perform dynamic scheduling and eliminate needs for shift bids. As managers schedule for the week, employees available for each shift are displayed, ranked by identified benchmark standards, ensuring the most productive employees are scheduled for your peak times. Employee satisfaction is improved with tracked and automated availability and employee input for preferred schedules and days off .

Employees assigned or interviewed for a location are tracked by status updates that can be customized. Managers may also choose basic status indicators (i.e., terminated, inactive, active or seasonal) to allow for easy verification status and to prevent previously terminated employees from reapplying at any location nationwide.

Employees may be assigned multiple pay codes across different locations to facilitate automation of payroll integration. Dynamically integrated with weekly time logs, managers may assign employees higher or lower pay classifications based on daily duties of employees. This function maximizes cross-utilized workforce planning and labor management.

Employees may be assigned to unlimited, multiple locations with corresponding pay codes. In addition, pay codes may be customized for employees that shift departments and functions.
